Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how OPENWAY services and subscription plans are delivered. OPENWAY is operated by OPENWAY PTY LTD ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Digital Service Delivery

OPENWAY provides digital cloud services only. No physical products are shipped.

Services are delivered through the OPENWAY website, dashboard, API, and related platform interfaces.

2. Subscription Activation

After successful payment confirmation, your OPENWAY subscription plan is normally activated on your account automatically and becomes available for use shortly thereafter.

In most cases, plans are activated within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Activation may take longer due to payment provider review, fraud checks, network delays, system maintenance, account verification, or technical issues.

3. Service Access

Once your plan is active, you can use OPENWAY to deploy models, run inference and generation workloads, manage resources, and access related platform features, subject to account status, your plan's usage allowance, resource availability, and compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for stopping or deleting running model deployments and workloads when you no longer wish to consume resources. Service usage and resource consumption may continue while resources remain running.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Subscription status and usage may be confirmed through the OPENWAY dashboard, billing records, account status, or transaction history.

You should contact [email protected] if a successful payment does not activate your plan.

Invoices or billing records may be available in the OPENWAY account after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Issues

If your plan or services are not delivered as expected, please contact us with:

  • OPENWAY account email.
  • Transaction date and amount.
  • Payment provider reference, invoice, or billing record, if available.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Screenshots, if applicable.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, activate the plan, correct your account, or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. No Shipping Fees

OPENWAY does not ship physical goods. Shipping fees do not apply.

7. Service Limitations

Delivery of services may be limited, delayed, suspended, or refused if:

  • Payment is not completed or is under review.
  • Account verification is required.
  • The account violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious.
  • Required infrastructure or GPU resources are temporarily unavailable.
  • We are required to restrict service by law, regulation, payment provider, or infrastructure provider.
